Pain free now after L4 L5 disc bulge

Member shares how LBA helped them recover from severe L4 L5 disc pain using regression and controlled progression.

Hey man just wanted to say I came across your videos when I was suffering from a L4 L5 disc bulge and while it didn’t seem much on a MRI scan the pain was unbearable for those 2 months.. What you’ve said about Regression and finding a range comfortable for you to build up on completely changed my outlook for not only strengthening the back but also for working out as a whole. Pain free now and building upwards. Appreciate all that you’re doing bringing awareness to this and helping others out!

LBA fixed what six months of pain and physio couldn’t

Member shares how LBA relieved lingering back pain from a herniated L4-L5 disc after months of failed physio and massage therapy.

Hey Brendan, I think it is time for me to share a massive thank you. In 2018 I suffered a hernia between L4–L5, there was a migration of the disk necessitating surgery, that I did not do. I did not feel like and I recovered alone by stretching every day and putting a calisthenics routine in place. This zone kept on being sensitive but I somehow managed more or less successfully at times.
6 months ago I moved to a new country and spent weeks packing/unpacking, sleeping on bad beds… leaving me with muscle spasms and some pain that was not going away. I went to see a few physio and I must say they did very little to improve my back. Massages helped but the stretching routine they shared was too basic and not focussing on the root cause of the issue.

And this is a few months after that, that I found your page. Yes I would like to share a massive thank you because in a matter of 2 weeks I was able to solve pain going on for 6 months and back did not that great for a very long time.

Please ignore the criticism and keep doing what you do, it helps people and that’s what is important. You do not provide medical advice, so what’s the matter?? I believe everybody is free to experience and find his own solutions.

In my case, if I relied on physiotherapist advices, I would still be stuck where I was… so a massive thank you to you.

I’m not afraid of my back anymore

Member describes recovery from L5-S1 disc herniation after a year of nerve pain and now returns to squats and deadlifts confidently.

Hey Brendan. I also have to thank you 1000 for your content – it made a huge difference in just 1 month. I can now bend and touch the ground with my palms. My hamstrings have never been so flexible!

I had a L5-S1 disc herniation in early 2022 and suffered for a whole year. Did not do surgery and I was determined to endure and come back, but every time I did leg exercises (even bodyweight like pistol squats) my nerve hurt like hell for a few days.

Cobra and bird dog helped me through the pain but never went to the core of the issue, unlike your exercises! I’m slowly and happily getting back at weighted squats and deadlifts now without being afraid of my back. Thank you.

I’m finally getting off the couch after back surgery

Member describes emotional breakthrough after discovering LBA post-disc surgery and regaining hope to move again.

Dude I’m in tears after finding you. I had a herniated disc surgery and I lost my job, freedom—and all doctors told me was to take meds. They said it would help, but it didn’t.

Then I found you and new things I’m currently trying. I’m finally getting off the couch and bed. Thank you for the stuff you put out. Just know that you made an impact, at least on me.

You did that. Thank you so much, and keep up the work.

After 3 herniated discs, I finally feel like a new human

Member shares how years of re-injury and failed methods were reversed within weeks of starting LBA.

My man — this has truly changed my life. Keep on doing you, brotha 👊👊.

Very active person and wound up with 3 herniated disks in my low back. Took me 2+ years of avoiding certain exercises and lifts, trying different methods and practices, and still constantly re-injuring my back.

Within just a couple of weeks of incorporating what I’ve learned from your content, I already feel like a new human.

Keep it coming man — you gotta get a workout plan up in place soon!

I blew my L5 S1 disks all thanks to a desk job!

It’s been almost 6 months and I’m stronger than ever.

Back pain every year for a decade, until now

Member shares how LBA helped end a yearly cycle of back injuries that lasted nearly a decade.

First disc injury was when I was like 22. And I’ve done all the core stability, pain relief, etc. exercises there is and still been injured about once a year every year and I’m 31 now.

I was beginning to think that back pain was just going to be a part of my life forever, but I’ve been taking your advice and my low back has been feeling better than it ever has.

I couldn’t even put on my socks

22-year-old shares how they went from immobility and PT frustration to real movement and relief with LBA.

Dude I love you. I herniated a disc in my back last year in June. I tried ignoring it—got so bad I went to the doctor and started PT mid-January of this year. I’ve been going once a week since with little, little improvements.

I couldn’t put on my socks, get dressed properly, or touch my toes. Then I came across you and started doing some of your movements 1–2x a week, and I’ve been moving and feeling way better.

I need to get back to going to the gym regularly to speed up the process, but like you say, my mental feels like I can’t move anymore. I appreciate you. Btw I’m 22 and I was down bad, thanks for helping.

I wasn’t able to sit on the floor without pain

A person with L5-S1 microcompression shares how LBA helped them go from daily pain to steady progress with Jefferson curls.

Brother, I have to give huge huge props to you. Thank you very much for guiding people. I had a L5–S1 microcompression for 9–10 months and God, those were my worst.

I was not able to sit on the floor, not cross-sit, and when I woke up I used to have terrible pain in my lower back. I went to physiotherapy—it gave me temporary relief, but then the pain came back.

I found your pages once and ever since, not a single day passes without me waiting for your videos. It has been a huge help. I do Jefferson curls now, although without weights. Slowly, I can feel I’m making much better progress.

Although I still get sharp pain attacks occasionally when I bend and lift weights or stand up after sitting for a long time, now I feel I can conquer this. Thank you again for letting people know we can still turn things around.

God bless you. If you come across this message, kindly know your messages and work mean a lot. Also, I could use advice if you are to give any. Cheers.
