I’m 25 years old, I had a herniated disc (L5-S1) and got a nucleoplasty 3 months ago. Last night I went to bed almost completely hopeless, and now first thing in the morning this video shows up in my feed… I feel like God has helped me reach out to your channel.

As everyone here, I have been in pain for too long and nobody, not even the so-called “experts,” have been able to help me with my back pain. I have expended too much money on doctors, drugs, and therapy sessions—already I’m going broke.

You’re exactly what I was telling myself I’d be once (if ever) I was cured… someone dedicated to helping young people in the exact same situation with honest advice, positivity, no BS, and no products. I send you a hug from the other side of the world. God bless you, man.

I’ve never realized it until a year or so ago, in my 9th year of chronic back pain (26 years old now). It was the cause of most of my depression, anxiety, and especially anger problems.

Always succumbing or working through it every time I felt decent enough to work out—especially because I’m a skinny truck driver.

Even with this last year of research and physical therapists, absolutely nothing has changed. I appreciate how you lay it out.

Throw in some scapular winging and jugular vein stenosis. My diagnosis came from my DNS-certified doctor (dynamic neuromuscular stabilization).

Been on painkillers for years, had to go cold turkey and couldn’t work out anymore because of the pain.

Lost some progress, but your exercises have led me to be in less pain now than I was even on the anti-inflammatories.

Finally seeing progress. Got recommended all types of injections.

Discovered you 2 months ago and my life’s already changed tremendously.

Being 22 and not being able to get out of bed was not a good feeling.

Dude I love you. I herniated a disc in my back last year in June.

I tried ignoring it, got so bad I went to the doctor and started PT mid-January of this year.

I’ve been going once a week since with little, little improvements. I couldn’t put on my socks, get dressed properly, touch my toes.

Then I came across you and have been doing some of your movements 1–2 times a week and have been moving and feeling way better.

I need to get back to going to the gym regularly to speed up the process, but like you say, my mental feels like I can’t move anymore.

At some points before I found your stuff, it felt like I was the only 25-year-old dealing with super intense pain back pain, which sounds so dumb saying it out loud now.

It helped me so much.

Your situation is exactly like mine. I’ve learnt over the last few years how a disc herniation can have lingering effects, all the way to weak and tight hips, and I’ve spent the last 2–3 years actively searching for answers.

Your page has given them to me. I am for the first time since I was 14 (I’m 20 now) feeling genuine change and healing.

Life changing. I’m grateful for the terrible reinjury I had last year, because if that never happened, I would’ve never started the LBA program and built my backbrace—which would’ve eventually led to an older and weaker me.

It might’ve been too late to get the quick results I’m getting now at the age of 28. But even if you’re older and neglected your back, you can still get to where I’m at.

Keep working hard and progressing, listen to your body, don’t do things that give you pain—but keep pushing yourself 1% more a day. Remember why you started, and never, ever give up.

Even when you’ve built enough support to not feel sciatica or pain, keep going. It’s a lifestyle. It’s life.

Just like a lot of people you seem to deal with, I myself feel like I’m fighting an uphill battle.

28 years young. 2 complete ACL tears. 1 shoulder arthroscopic surgery. And this chronic back pain I’ve been dealing with—I first had cortisone injections in both sides of my spine because scans showed I have something called pars defect.

Then I came across your page/program and was feeling so much better in the first month. I was telling everyone I knew about you. And now I’ve hit a brick wall—but I will scale back, and I’ll stay consistent.

I had over 10 years of chronic pain and avoidance as a now 26-year-old. A few months ago, I became pain-free in daily activities when I was consistently doing BBB! I knew your philosophy was different.

I want you to know how incredibly appreciative I am of your program. I had a partial spinal fusion when I was 15, and my back pain had gotten consistently worse since then (28 now). At my worst, which was in March, I could barely move. The surgeons said I’d need a full spinal fusion, but they couldn’t tell me why I was in pain.

Out of anger, I said forget it to the medical system, and then I found your program. It’s taken me 7 months of consistency, learning my own back, and restarting the program multiple times when I hurt myself, but today I CAN PICK UP MY WIFE. I can dance. I can run. I can bend over to pet my fur babies.
