A little Backstory

From rock bottom and back, I’ve been to all of the places pain is capable of taking us. From once holding the identity of a chronically injured, hungry athlete, to reaching the pinnacle of true back freedom and relief. I’m here to show you it’s possible and to highlight what has worked for me and hundreds of BBB members so far.
After hitting endless dead ends and repeating the loops of my injury cycle like clockwork, I decided there had to be another way. Surgery was on the table, but after years of struggle following an unnecessary knee surgery…I was committed to finding another way. Through my own journey and change of approach, I discovered that true protection comes from training the areas we are taught and conditioned to avoid. It comes from viewing the core as a 360-degree barrel that requires attention in all angles, as well as the interconnectedness of every other area of the body. This is where the ground-up, full body approach towards low back pain was born.
Sharing the Journey: From Struggle to Strength
I have been committed to paying forward the support I’ve received during my darkest moments and from that point on. I believe in the principle of “each one, teach one,” recognizing that my journey is not just about personal growth but also about helping others find their path to relief and liberation from chronic pain. My mission is fueled by the belief that we don’t go through challenges to hoard the lessons for ourselves but to share them with others who may be struggling.
